Yesterday was my usual Instacart delivery. And then Amazon delivered my photo album and my fountain pen. The fountain pen turned out to be a Hong Dian 525. I filled it with Waterman Intense Black ink and used it to write a letter to my daughter this morning. It had been a week since I’d checked the mail and when I went yesterday evening I’d found a letter from her. Always sweet when that happens.
And today USPS delivered my four books from Thriftbooks. There are three normal sized paperbacks and “Snowcrash” is the next size up paperback. The quality ratings; two “good” and two “very good” were accurate.
So yeah, once again I have a small pile of books to read. Life is good.
