Maybe I should make localized goals. Like, I shouldn’t plan for the day or the week. I should plan for the study session. What’s my goal?
8:41 AM CT. I want to study until 9 AM then have my brunch (yeah). I forgot my mouse at home. This is annoying. Already an annoying start of the day.
Well, if it weren’t for TTSReader breaking down briefly last week, I wouldn’t have found out that slowing down the speed helped me speed up the reading.
Another annoying occurrence: the classroom I was in was taken up by a make-up class for 1Ls. Okay. I had to scoot to the library. Now I’ve just finished brunch and sitting down to study for now.
9:22 AM. My goal is 1 hour 10 minutes of studying.
Results: Fell short of that by 11 minutes.
12:22 PM. My goal until 4PM is 3 hours 10 minutes of studying.
Result: 51 minutes short of my goal. I should be ashamed but somehow I wasn’t.
10:10 PM. My goal until midnight is to spend all this time studying. So 1 hour 50 minutes.
Result: 1 hour and 7 minutes short of my goal. I got to tired and decided to just cook something and go to bed.
Okay, starting again tomorrow.
