Goals for the rest of June
I've been kind of lax lately on goal setting. My only goals for this month was to maintain my weigh loss and go out with friends and family more. Well most days in June I either ate a little over maintenance calories on days when I was not going out with friends and family and on the days I went out I went way over so I’m up to 159! My goal for the rest of June is to lose ½ a pound a week by following my work out plan and having a 250 calorie deficit every day. My next challenge socially is going to be the Royals game next Friday.
I finished two good books today. At home I finished Bring up the Bodies a historical fiction book about Thomas Cromwell. at the gym I finished Gods of Guilt a mystery.
Good Things I did for me today
Ran 11 miles.
Had a 450 calorie deficit
