Counting Sheep in Life in General

My sleep schedule has been so off lately. I’ve been waking up like 1-2 hours after falling asleep every night and just staying up and then sleeping most of the day away. I really hate it.

And yesterday after taking Jessica to a doctor’s appointment, I ended up going back to sleep and sleeping until like 6pm and I was like “aight enough of this crap” so last night I forced myself to lay down at like 10pm and every time I woke up and I was like “nope we’re laying here until we go back to sleep”. I ended up waking up like 4 or 5 times but finally around 3am I stayed asleep until 8am.

I have never felt better. WHY CAN’T I JUST SLEEP NORMALLY. I actually want to do chores today. I want to film videos. I am just not made for a lack of sleep. I’m gonna have to find a way to get good sleep when I have kids because I’m USELESS without it.
