I get to have blood taken from me and a shot in my arm…And that should be it for the rest of the year and next year we will start all over again.
After these needles and shots hubby is going to take me and his brother out for a late lunch. Probally not anywhere really great but something that is close by and reletivly cheap and then I probally won’t want dinner so it will be left overs for hubby.
Ane later hubby will be whatching his sports. Not sure who is playing but who ever it will be is better then the Canucks.
Onto something else…
Hubby is finally on the same page as I am with the things that need to be fixed and replaced so the next time he talks to the landlady he will be mentioning them and hopefully asking for them to be fixed. I will be asking for these things to be fixed by or before the holidays because I think two or three years is enough. And I want to call the health department and ask them some questions about this mold and musty smell and see what they have to say and then I will be telling the landlady and hopefully she will finally fix it. Or replace some of the parts.
I don’t think I have ever lived in a place where it took so long for things to be fixed. it’s no wonder she said I won’t be getting the damage deposit back. But I will be asking the rental people if she has grounds to keep the damage deposit.
And I also have my brother who is a landlord also and rents out mostly condos and had maybe 1000 of them all over the province. And he forces tenets to sign leases and to renew leases and everything the tenets are responsible for is in writing and on a leagal document. And he also told me whatever is not on the lease the landlord cannot change their mind and force you to pay it. Whatever is on the original lease is what the tenet is responsible for. I would actually like toi see the lease that my mother in law signed and have a copy of that. Because I am thinking that when hubby and I moved in here the landlady raised the rent $100.00 and I don’t think that is leagal especially when we didn’t sign anything or even okay it.
One of these days I will be getting a new lease to sign and it will be leagal.
Onto something else....
I have noticed that my spell check thing isn’t working so please forgive me for the spelling mistakes. But the ones I know are wrong I do check with dictionary.com or I google the word. I will be fixing that option as soon as I figure out how.
I need to stop here…
Do have a great day..
Be Kind, Be Calm, Be Safe and Behave.
