It worked in Weight Loss Surgery

Just a quick FYI that taking 3500 out of last week’s calorie total resulting in me losing 2 lbs without exercise or following any sort of diet!

So I’ll see if keeping my cal intake at 1670 keeps this up…

By the way, this was not easy. I did feel the pinch.

Esp. Cause I didn’t give up pasta, oat meal, popcorn, potatoes, cookies, bread/bagel, chocolate, etc. I even ate a huge ramen bowl.

All of which are BIG calorie wasters that made it hard for me to stick to my calorie count.

I could have eaten So Much More and felt so much more FULL if I didn’t eat any cookies or pasta and stuck to protein and veggies.

This successful weight loss also inspired me to jog.

I’ve always been so impressed by people who can run/jog.

What happened this morning was more of a 30 min walk with a 50 second jog, cause that’s literally all I could do. My goal was a minute but my lungs were gonna burst at 50 seconds. Sweat mustache, the whole thing.

Now we wait to see if I hurt myself. In the past run/jogging (usually just a min at a time) can result in hip pain, knee pain, shin splint pain, because I’m really physically to heavy to be doing this. But still I want to…
