This Week Is A Bust in Help Me Please

Instead of loosing weight this week I know I have gained and I am not happy. I just wish that whatever I ate would keep my weight at something I can not gain weight. I know it has something to do with my metabolism and I always have to work at my weight. Either loosing it or maintaining it and those are both hard work. I wish there was something a lot easier like when I go to sleep my weight is all gone the next day. I need to figure out what I can eat and how much. I wonder if everyone has to work at keeping their weight down?
I once met this guy at a grocery store and he was really skinny and the groceries he bough was a lot and he told me that it doesn’t matter how much he eats he never gains weight but in fact he looses weight. He told me he doesn’t know why he is so skinny. And he told me he doesn’t move all that much really.
I just need to find something that works for me. I know eating fruit all day and then my dinner is okay but then I have issues with my stomach after a while and eating whatever I want during a day doesn’t work either and not eating all day doesn’t work for the long term. So there has to be a happy medium but I have no idea what or where it is.
I can remember being a teenager and not earing all day but I did eat those hot Cindy’s and French fries at high school and that didn’t help me either. So next week I will just go back to not eating all day because that seems to work the best for me. But I need to learn to drink more water, a lot more water.

Well today I am thinking about not eating just because I want to keep this kitchen kind of clean and hubby will have left overs tonight.

Not much is happening this weekend but hubby will be asking his brother to do an errand at some point. And I think on Saturday there is football for hubby his team is playing so that means whoever they are playing will win. I always go for the other team just so there is some competition.

Well, It’s that time where and when I need to stop here…
