Life Is What You Make It To Be in Help Me Please

If you think your life sucks the big one then that is your fault. Because life is life no matter how you look at it. If you want to be happy then you have to be happy. And if you want to be miserable then that is your choice and no one else’s. I always wake up and tell myself that it’s a grand day and I also say “Morning world” and then I try to figure out wat day it is and the date. The time I usually always know because I have a few clocks I can look at during my day and I plan my day around the time. There is a big chuck of my day where I don’t do much and the TV is always turned off till about 4:00 pm when my mindless TV comes on. I also have the TV on when I am in bed so I think I will get bored and fall asleep. Then I wake up and turn the TV off. I know this habit is not a good one but I have been doing this my whole life that I have had a TV in my room.
I think the best way to have a great day is to force yourself into being happy and wanting to have fun and then everything you do will go much faster. But I do people go through different moods and that is okay. But don’t stay in these moods for very long then you will be not a happy camper. I think the best way to get out of your moods is to watch your children sleep then that way you can see that they don’t have a care in the world and that they are happy. And then you smile just watching them. I still do this but not as often. And sometimes I even watch hubby sleep and just think he has no worries in the world and isn’t thinking about much.
Onto something else…
I talked to my son yesterday and I told him I wish he would talk to me more. He told me that he loves me very much and thinks about me a lot. Then I ask him why he doesn’t call or talk to me and he tells me he is busy doing something. And he will try to talk to me more. But then he says that all the time. I did tell him he can come here near the end of the month and he can spend the day and have some home cooked meals. And to visit for a while.
Onto something else…
Dinner tonight is going to be boxed fish sticks and French fries and corn. Probably canned corn. I have found a different fish that I like much better and that is something called haddock. It’s a white fish and the pieces are a decent size. And tarter sauce is good with it and so is lemon. And tomorrow will be left over Friday.
I have a question for all of you? When you eat something how do you feel? I find for myself that I feel really gross and it doesn’t matter what I eat and then I don’t want to eat again but I often force myself. So I eat once a day and that is usually dinner and then I feel even more gross. I have been like this my whole life. I often get hungry during a day and when I break down and eat something I always wish I hadn’t and then when it comes to dinner I really don’t want to eat. Like yesterday I ate some cereal and two bagels with peanut butter on them and after I felt so gross and I didn’t want to eat my chicken leg so I ate the carrots and the pasta I made and I still felt gross. I need to learn how to eat so I don’t feel so gross. And then I hate myself for eating. When is your biggest meal you eat? Mine is dinner.
