Waking Up Sucks in Help Me Please

Especially when it’s more then once during your sleep. Either you need to go to the bathroom or you heard something and then you realize you can’t fall back a sleep so what do you do?
Well for an example this am I woke up at three am and got up and went to the bathroom then I went on face book for about an hour and played some games then went back to bed and it took me about an hour or so to fall asleep while I was watching some mindless TV and I just woke up. But later I will be going for a nap just because that is how my body works since I have been 45. Although I don’t nap for long but it’s long enough where I can actually get some things done.
I often wonder if I actually do sleep 8 hours even though it’s all broken up? All I know is that when I do wake up no matter what time it is I am usually up but when it’s dark outside I know it’s way too early so then I go back to bed but during the winter if it’s 6 am I stay up. 6 am is my usual time to get up. The reason I get up so early is just so I can have that quiet time to myself and just think my own thoughts and decide what I want to do for the day. But the one thing I di no matter what time I wake up is I always try to take my pills at the same time everyday no matter what day it is then I know they are in my body and they will keep doing what they are suppose to be doing. I am so glad that I don’t have to take any pill during the day because my memory for taking pills is just horrible. So I always ask if I can take them with my other ones when I need to take a new one. But the only ones I do take at other times is when I have a headache and it won’t go away but them the pain is still there so I do remember to take that pill. And the second time around usually gets rid of the headache.
Onto something else…
Dinner last night I made cheese burgers and French fries and canned corn and for tonight I am not sure I will wait till hubby wakes up because I think it will be too hot to cook and we don’t have a BBQ. So maybe it will be something like hotdogs where there is not much heat from the oven or the stove? But then maybe hubby can come up with something better so I will wait and ask him.
Onto something else....
I talked to my son via face book and asked him how he is feeling and he told me much better so hopefully by this Friday he will be here for my birthday and I told hubby we need to order in something or he suggested we all go out but I think staying in is better and probably less expensive. And seeing’s I am off the wagon for my weight loss I will be ordering something really different and then the next day I will be phoning weight watchers and paying for their program again. But this time I think I don’t have as much to loose before I am at goal again. And that will mean no chips and no cereal in bed. And defiantly no candy.
It seems like every year around my birthday like two weeks before I start to get depressed and start not to care about much. And the day of my birthday I realize just how old I am and how much older everyone around me is and the older they are the more I realize that their days are really numbered especially mine. And I don’t like that. But like hubby says there is nothing that can be done or stopped.
Onto something else....
So tonight’s dinner is going to be pork chops and some sort of rice and frozen vegetable or maybe noodles.
Well hubby is a wake so I should probably stop here and spend some time with him and think about breakfast.
