130s in Pregnancy Weight Loss Journey

I haven’t seen a number in the 130s since my second trimester, but last night I did. And I maintained through the night. I know it’s only been 4 pounds since I actually had to start trying, but just seeing that number gives me so much motivation.

I went for a walk for the first time since I had her last night. Bumpy’s first walk! I’d guess it was about 1.5-2.0 miles - about 45 minutes. Less than 10 minutes into it, my legs start to ITCH TERRIBLY. Like when you go for a walk in the cold. Except it wasn’t cold.

I googled it and found something about the capillaries and blood flow to the legs and needing to get used to your “new workout” and then it will go away. It was so bad that I actually had to stick my hand down my pants and itch my legs, because itching over them didn’t work. To be honest, itching under them didn’t really work either lol. It’s embarrassing that THAT is considered a workout now. Oh well. Baby steps.
