She seemed super gassy today. I saw on my breastfeeding support group that someone’s pediatrician said their baby has too many poopy diapers, and they think she’s getting too much fiber. Kallie has poop in every single diaper from the last week probably. There was also a list of the typical “allergy” foods, which are all are included in my diet. Eggs, dairy, wheat, oats. Which are also all things that help increase your supply. I don’t know how I’m ever going to figure out what is bothering her.
I had to put myself on a personal timeout today, which consisted of her being in her bassinet alone for 20 minutes, bawling, while I bawled in the living room. Then I got it together, scooped her up, and gave her all the loves. She was a lot more receptive to them and my efforts.
