Almost There.... in Help Me Please

The weight is going down. I am starting to feel a real difference and when I am hungry I am truly hungry and whatever I do eat it’s satisfying and fills me up.
it’s not so much how much I eat what what I am eating and what are the overall benefits for my body. I prefer foods that take time to chew and digest and has the most nutrients. Like if you drink one of those proteins drinks your body isn’t getting the full benefit of the nutrients and you end up deleting some of the nutrients and more sugar gets into it even without you knowing it.
Maybe this is better…Let’s say you have orange juice with nothing more then the orange. And you also have a fresh orange right from the tree you just picked. How will you eat it? A whole orange has way more fiber in it and takes longer to digest and the orange juice has less fiber and some of the other nutrients are deleted.
This is what I have found....
If people would eat like the scientists do then we would all be in much better shape and know exactly what is going into our bodies and we wouldn’t have to delete anything from out diets or do without what we actually want to eat.
I have a question? After you drink a cup of liquid do you want more then say a cup of the actual thing? or do you drink because you are too lazy to chew? And you have more of a mess to clean up with the liquid.
If you take a good look at all the so called diets out there you will see that some of them are totally based on science.

Onto something else....
The snow is still here but it’s slowly melting but at the same time it’s crunchy when you walk from point A to point B and in some spots there is black ice so you need to be really careful.
I am just hoping I don’t have to go anywhere this weekend because it is going to be cold and wet.
And on Tuesday I will be going for my blood test and the other test I need then I get to go spend money I really don’t have. And after that not much travelling to anywhere except maybe my bed.
Onto something else....
I can hardly wait till I am finally at my goal weight and I can start the next part of my journey and maintain what I have lost. So far I have lost 64.6 pounds and this is since July 30th 2021 so I figure by my next birthday I will be at the weight I think I should be comfortable at.
I have even noticed that my socks feel a bit looser and when I pull them up the heel part of higher then it should be. And my underwear is fitting me better. My next goal is to fit into my size 29 jeans and my small size tops. I figure by my birthday I should be there if not before.
Well I need to stop here…
