Valentine's Day Can Suck It in Hello

Yeah, I said it.

Ma and I are going to try a Thai restaurant her coworkers have recommended for lunch (if I can stay awake.) I’m excited. Surin of Thailand. Menu looks awesome. They have a curry I’m interested in trying.

Been up all night ‘ cause I slept WAY in yesterday (8:30 PM.) To kill some time I started 2001: A Space Odyssey. I’ve seen bits and pieces of the film and after reading the first few chapters the beginning with the man apes makes A LOT more sense.

I need to seriously run a few errands today but I’m starting to feel sleepy. And this blanket is really warm. And one of the detective shows I doze off to is on. Plus it’s really cold outside.

Update:
That meal sucked. Wrong restaurant. It’s a Vietnamese joint two buildings down. The coconut tofu soup was…bleck. The sushi was delicious and my Thai chicken noodle bowl was sweet. Yeah, no. I want a bit salty or spicy, not sweet.
