control the storm in 2013-2014

So... three things.

  1. I had a full-blown temper tantrum last night. Sometimes you just need to throw a pillow and cry. I feel a lot better for it.

  2. Yoga Meltdown level 2 may kill me, but in all the best ways. I feel like a noodle. Seriously recommended. Sooo good for days off/rest days.

  3. The cap broke and it stormed today (literally, not in last entry's metaphor). I found a penny today, while looking at the looming stormclouds, and now my bottle is overflowing. Sort of. Well, it's balanced for the time being.

Life goes on.
