more things and stuff in Second 1st

David messaged me this morning saying some silly I’m sorry for not coming last night.... I thought it was tonight..... He was saying that basically his priority’s got a bit messed up and though he could put “fuel” on a credit card he likes to pay for his “fun” with cash. .... I’m wondering how he doesn’t have the extra to put in the tank to come fish....then again I’ve never understood being so tight on things that you literally count miles per gallon and only put x gallons in the tank when you think you’ll need it. I basically keep mine on at least 1/4th of a tank. Sure I try to keep an eye out when I get close and go to the cheaper local gas station but I’m not counting pennies per gallon I’m just filling up.

Moving on.... I’ve been asking Rocky to ask Eddie about putting up a street light. Rocky had told me a long time ago that the residents pay for it. He’d told me his Nana had paid for that portion of the electric bill because she’d wanted one. Anyways, Rocky got the opportunity to ask Eddie about it yesterday. Eddie was all for it! Said that he’d deal with it if there was extra light in his bedroom (which was my concern). Rocky called the electric company almost immediately. It’s a $25 charge for install and will add approximately $8 a month to the bill. I’d put in my head if it was more than $15 a month I’d not do it. They’d told Rocky it would be 2-3 weeks for install. Someone came out today. Called me to verify address..... and Eddie and Rocky stood out there and watched him install it.

While waiting we gathered some Morning Glory seeds that I plan on transplanting in the spring. I love them a ton and I’d like them on more of the fence than they appear now. ..... Eddie said they can be poisonous.... however I’d done some research after getting back in and that’s not entirely correct. Apparently the Aztecs used them as a hallucinogenic drug. So that’s interesting.... not my plans but it looks like I can sell untreated seeds for a fair price.

Lastly, and the reason for this extra entry is because after playing phone tag with the nurse today..... she needed an email with clean paperwork and faxed it. She was ready to send me confirmation # and all. I told her it was fine and immediately called Symetra. Who has indeed received it. So, next thing is to call about 4:30 tomorrow afternoon and find out if it’s approved for Short term disability..... and if not for intermittent absence .... .... that will determine if I go to work Thursday..... and the weekend....
