Journal entry prompt 21 thingie in The Awesome Chronicles of me.

Hi folks, I’m really tired, I got home at 130 and I went to bed at 230 lol. I’m gonna veg on the chair with my iPad and redzone and eat food soon i’m just blah, and there was no good breakfast options so i’m waiting about a half hour to get something for lunch (Well the waffles were missing syrup and you gotta have syrup with waffles.)

Here is todays prompt thingie:

Which 5 subjects could you talk to somebody endlessly about?

I’ve actually talked about some of this before but here we are.

1: Of course my kitties but pets in general, I love my kitties, and I love dogs, I love kitties I love all animals, even bad ol ones like Boots, and liquid ones like Macaroni.

2: Sports, mainly pro football. I love football. I love the big (legal) hits, or the nice long pass for 60 yards, or the breakout run for 20. I’ve said this before and ill say it again you’d have to drop a small nuclear device on me to stop me from watching pro football, and even then it probably won’t be enough. (Great example is today, I have 2 very crappy 1PM games but i’ll still watch one of them) BUT.. I also love the business side of sports (like contracts, managerial moves, endorsements etc) and I also LOVE sports history, and thats across all sports, even ones I dont really care for. I guess that is just an extension of history..

That being said.

3: History, back in another life I did do some stuff in history, I like history, and I can link that to my love of video games, i just think history is neat, and I love all aspects of history, one cultures history I do like is Russia (and I am kind of a russophile, which TBH I’m a bit embarrassed to say because of current events) and another era I kind of find interesting is the age of imperialism, I know it was an awful time for the natives of the region (especially the Belgian Congo) but I just like reading about those times, i guess that is also an extension of my love of maps and geography, when I was a younger Chris i could just stare at age of imperialism era maps for hours (Heck what am i talking about if you give me an 1880s map of Africa or India Ill still look at it for hours)

4: Video games. No brainer here, I love video games, and I talked about this in depth before. I love Mass effect, Final Fantasy, Early Dragon quest, The Suikoden series and a few other games here and there.

5: Board games. My biggest hobby I can talk about them for hours and hours and days upon days. I actually played and bought a game designed by someone in one of my game groups. Its a neat little game where you are building houses and businesses in Cape May NJ. (The game is called Cape May and its out now so look at it, and this is JUST MORE MOTIVATION FOR MY GAME UGH.)

Other tidbits:
4pm tomorrow i’m gonna be jamming the buy button on a ps5 at walmart. Wish me luck.
Also my gaming day socks have 2 big holes in them and I am so sad about it they are unrepairable, BUT I can get another pair for like 12 bucks which I am during Black friday or Cyber monday.
I’m getting my booster on Wednesday and i’m so excited for it, but The side effects are gonna not be fun lol oh well. I’ll take a day of suffering over 3 weeks of agony.
Why are the lolions on here This week? Ugh.
