The Bills Are Paid For Another Month in Help Me Please

Unless something else comes up that I forgot to pay but I highly doubt that.
I always my bills early or at least I try to depending on the amount of money I have but the one that gets paid first is my rent. The theory I have for my other bills is that things like the phone bill always has a credit on it so if I am what I call poor then I can let that one go and for the food I can always go to the food bank and then as a last resort I can always ask my parents but I don’t do that anymore. I use to when my son was small and I ran out of money because I was always behind in my payments. The companies always wanted their money before I could give it to them so that is how the interest charges came about and it tool me a long time and I got help to pay them and after that I realized I need to not rack up my credit cards and just use them for one or two things like groceries.
I always try to have some money left over at the end of each month but that is a hard thing to do but some months I do that so then the next month I have that much more to spend and I often get myself something that I have wanted like a new kitchen toy.
My son’s birthday present is ordered and will be here in February or march and I couldn’t believe how much us Canadians have to pay. Like 30.00 more then you Americans at least. The company wants 21.00 for shipping and handling I can’t believe that. And it’s just one shirt. But it’s something my son wants and I do try to get him what he asks for and that is why I budget for it.
And as far as hubby is concerned I do want to get him a few more things that I know he needs. He never wants much in the way of new toys. He has always been practical. But every so often I like to get him things that I know he would never get himself.

Onto something else....

Today I get to venture out into the real world and get my new calendar and pick up hubby’s prescriptions and maybe do some grocery shopping and cash a cheque that has been sitting in my wallet for like two weeks so then I will have some cash on me.
I just hope the rain won’t be too bad because I really don’t like getting wet and looking like a drowned rat.

I went and talked with my landlady and told her that because of the wax build up in my ears that if my TV is too loud to please tell me and I will turn it down and it won’t get fixed till next week. And she told me she doesn’t hear a thing except when I drop something and it breaks or I yell. Or when the smoke detector goes off because I am burning bacon or something else.
And she told me that hearing loss is very normal and everyone does loose some hearing and it doesn’t matter how old you are it just happens. She is a nurse with a degree so when she talks medical stuff I know she is right. if I am not mistaken she is a RN.

Onto something else....

Well dinner is going to be something to do with ground beef so it will be a one pot thing and a one dish in the oven so the mess won’t be so terrible. And other then that not much else.
