NJM 5 in NoJoMo 2021

I forgot I wasn’t working at the Alp today after the daycare, and went to the Alp. I swear.

So. Tyson hasn’t been feeling well for several months. He vomits for no good reason, and the food isn’t fully digested even after 5-8 hours. Labs were fine in June, but we put him on an acid reducer hoping that it would help. It hasn’t. UA was fine last week. We just started adding fortiflora to his food on Doc’s recommendation.

We tried switching him to sensitive stomach, but that didn’t help. We thought he wasn’t getting sick when we fed him chicken and rice, so I cooked up a bunch of it only to find out, yes, he has been getting sick on it. So I put it through the food processor hoping that maybe if it’s mechanical soft it would digest, but no. After about 4 hours it looked like he just ate it and puked it back up. So now I’m going to puree it completely.

It explains why he’s lost so much muscle mass.
He’s acting fine otherwise. Some stiff joints, but nothing out of the ordinary. We started Cosequin for the stiffness, but he was vomiting way before we started that.

Doc said it may be pancreatitis, and that would make some sense, but now with the home cooked food I’m not sure. ::sigh:: I’m at a loss, and I’m worried :(
