You Remember Right? in Help Me Please

How far back can you remember things that have happened to you? How long back is it before you forget important things that you told yourself to remember like your passwords or your new phone number? Or do you have to write all these things down? Can you remember what you did yesterday? or even remember what you ate for dinner?
It’s funny you ask people what they have been doing and all they say is they were busy or they went out with friends but for some reason you can’t remember what you ate or talked about.
Do you find that your long term memory seems to be better then your memory from yesterday?
I wonder if our memories are only important if it was us that was there? Have you noticed that someone might tell you something that will happen to them next week but you don’t remember? But if something is going to happen to you next week you remember very clearly?

Onto something else....

Well today I get to go venture out into the real world but I don’t think it changed much since the last time I went out. And I get to do some much needed shopping for fruit and vegetables and some protein. I still wave as I go by the chip isle because I don’t eat them anymore and the same goes for the candy isle. I am finding I feel much better when I am not eating all that junk and my body feels different and I think it’s much happier eating healthier.

I am finding that when I do eat I am not eating as much carbs as I once did and for some reason there are things I make but don’t eat and they end up in the organics. Like rice and about half of my noodles and sometimes even my potato with the fixings on them.
I was once told that if you just eat protein and fruit and vegetables that your body loves you more because then you don’t have all that sugar from the carbs and you don’t feel as full and yukky. I know there will be a day where I won’t be eating those carbs and I bet I will feel much better. The one thing I do need to do a lot more is eat way more salad like half a plate full, but there are not really many salads I like without dressing. And my one weakness is those creamed dressing like thousand island and Cesar. The oil and vinegar types just don’t have enough flavour for me but I do use them the most and I pretend to like them.
I am also what is known as a volume eater so I try to eat the most of everything that has the least amount of calories so I can eat more. but the one thing I do not like is celery and that I am told is the best thing to eat because it takes your mouth and body a long while to chew and digest and then you feel much fuller. But then broccoli is the same but that is a required taste and either you like it or you don’t.
It’s funny all the little tricks we learn just so we can enjoy what we eat.
I just wish food wasn’t so important but it is and it’s something we need so we just eat and as the years go on we become even more picky about what we eat.

Onto something else....

Well, it’s that time again where I need to stop and maybe go get dressed so I looks not naked when I go out into the real world and not get arrested for indecent exposure.
