Easy Goal in Hello

Won’t shave again till New Years Day.
I’m getting prickly.

Went to see Dr. Gilbert. No more mood stabilizers. Now prescribed a non-stimulant for my ADHD. (Guess I was extra fidgety.) She’s no longer covered by my insurance. Sigh. She also said check out New Horizon’s outpatient for recovery since I mentioned I thought Dr. Howel was a dick.

The office took a note to contact my counselor Michelle to see if she will even see me now since it’s been a while. That one hurts. I’ll open up to Michelle.

After I picked up mom and we had a big lunch. I hadn’t eaten in well over twelve hours. Ok Boy Factory took care of that. After I came home and finally crashed for seven hours. I’m going to crash more before work.

I’m trying. I really am.
But sometimes it’s just hard to care.
