You do realize that everyday is a new day and the day if you have a positive attitude will be a GREAT DAY. It’s all about attitude and what you think about life and what new things you will see and do.
Everyday I wake up I always say to myself that “What a Grand Day” and for some reason my days are all pretty good.
I know everyday is basically the same but it’s still a day to be happy and positive and to enjoy what you are doing that day no matter what.
It’s all about your mind set and how you are going to go about doing what you do and to start hating yourself for your past is just not good for you. If it’s in the past so keep it there and then you can think positive thoughts and be happier.

Here is a question for you? have you ever seen an insect depressed? Or generally mad? I haven’t yet and I don’t think I ever will. But I do know that dogs and maybe cats get depressed and mad but they don’t stay mad for very long. But depending on what they have gone through dogs can be depressed. But with the right treatment they can over come that just like humans,

Onto something else....
Hubby and I are going to get our flu shots today and maybe do a small bit of grocery shopping and then he wants to get what is called brown wrapping steak as a treat for us so I don’t have to mess the kitchen up too much but what we will have with it I am still not sure but probably the old stand by…Baked potato, and a vegetable.
These steaks are always better tasting for some reason and always more lean. But then it’s a butcher that cuts them into size and he always does a great job. But the prices are always twice as much but then it’s the quality of the meat you have to consider.

Onto something else....

Not much else to say so I should probably get started on my day so I will be dressed when hubby wakes up.
Do have a great day....
Be Kind, Be Calm, Be Safe and Behave.
