This Crap Is Getting Old in Hello

My lower back hurts like Hell. Did a lot of bending down tonight at work. The heating pad and chapter I read only gets me so far. Took three muscle relaxers, just waiting for them to kick in. In the meantime I’m vegging out watching Diagnosis Murder and screwing around on PB.

In other news, mom found this salami stick/string cheese combo pack while getting groceries. They’ve become my favorite late night snack. One of each and my tummy is happy. Just ate the last of them, though. If I remember to next time I’m out I’ll look for them.

Called Dr. Gilbert’s office and made a therapy appointment for next Tuesday. I’m really low on my medication and I turn into a giant douche when I’m off of them for an extended period of time. The withdrawal is Hell, too.

Anyways, I’m gonna shut off the light and put the phone up. I’m nice and warm under the blanket so hopefully sleep will come soon.
