You need to watch Lower Decks. in Whey and Sonic Screwdrivers.

Two of my six tattoos are Star Trek related. So, I feel I’m a registered Trekkie.

How do I put this. Discovery and Picard have been chores to endure. But Lower Decks? An utter delight. It either makes me laugh, or makes me feel things I wasn’t expecting. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, but it also has enough meta jokes to make you think.

At two seasons completed, there’s a mere twenty episodes. And 2x10…

The season 2 finale reaches an emotionally diverse weight that surprised even me.

I haven’t rewatched Discovery or Picard “for fun”.

I had to rewatch 2x10 to absorb it more. Wow. Just wow.
