Keeping Track in Help Me Please

I have found over the twenty something years that I have been loosing weight and wanting to keep it off and to maintain my weight is to keep track of what I eat and how much and either figure out the number of points or the calories and of course move move. I prefer to go for walks where some people prefer to do yoga or other exercise like going to the gym.
Also it’s important to weigh yourself at least once a week so you know how your weight is doing. And when you do all of these things then you are being accountable for your journey to being the perfect you.
I like the idea of eating what I want and when I want it and still loose weight.
I have found this time around and being on the Weight watchers plan is that it doesn’t matter what you eat but how much and not to over eat.
Like last night I made this Fish and Rice dish

and the way Weight Watchers has figured out the points it’s only one point for one serving and that is because of the cheese that was put on it and it was actually really good and hubby will eat it again and I want to make it again.
But I used brown rice instead of white rice and that is why the points are so low and fish is also zero points.

Because of the heavy rain fall that is happening this weekend I am going to tell my son to stay home because he does not wear the right clothes for the kind of weather it is even though I know he does have them because I had bought them for him. So it will be next week when he comes maybe weather dependent of course.

So it’s Friday all day today and that means the weekend is going to start tonight. Well for some anyways. And hubby will be having left overs when he gets home from work and I won’t be eating today because today is the day where I give my body a break from eating food and try to empty my body of the food I ate all week. Since I have been doing this I have averaged a weight loss of more then 3 pounds a week so I am happy with that. I am thinking I should be down to my goal weight by the end of the year if i continue the way I am going. But it’s the maintaining that is really the hard work. or is it the loosing weight that is the work? Well maybe it’s both and it’s a life long thing I do know that.
