Here’s a light workout you did on your “deload/transition” week.

Chin: 3 @ +25 lbs
Squat: 1 @ 225 lbs
Deadlift: 1 @ 315 lbs
Overhead Press: 1 @ 105 lbs
Bent-over Row: 1 @ 175 lbs
Bench: 1 @ 155 lbs
