How Old Is Too Old? in Help Me Please

Whatever age you are now would you go back to school and get a degree in something? or would you get your PHD? And if you did go back to school would you use your degrees?
The one thing I should have done was pay more attention at high school in the academics and maybe today I would be a famous something. But the only things that really interest me was the electives like photography and journalism and cooking and something called community service and although I did get okay grades I still didn’t become anything famous or that great. And today my interests is not that many but I do have a few. I do like to cook and bake and I like to take pictures with my cheap camera when it has batteries in it and I also like to watch my ID and HLN murder shows. I figure if I watch enough of them I will soon be able to do the perfect murder and get away with it, but then I have learned that there is no perfect anything because people always make that one mistake and always get caught. But then it’s interesting to see these people continue to try.
I also like to cook and bake. My baking is more or less the same things because I have mastered them and those who eat it like it and always wants more. But my cooking is also not too bad I have had more likes then those that they never want to try again and there has only been a very few. But the recipes I post here have all turned out really good and I was told to do them again so that is good.

Onto something else....

These Covid numbers seem to be going sky high and it doesn’t look good. Some provinces are considering on cancelling Christmas because of the high numbers.
And I also heard that there is an airline that will be letting go 600 employees because they refuse to get their vaccines. I think all companies that are more then 100 people and who deal with the public should be vaccinated and if they don’t then they should be fired and someone who is vaccinated should get the job.
And also all the school boards here in B.C. looks like they will be mandating the mask for K to 12 and it also looks like a lot of colleges and universities are going to be mandating masks so maybe now the students won’t get so sick.

Onto something else....

here is a question for you....
Is a turkey that has been at the bottom of a freezer for a year still okay to cook and eat? I have one and hubby said I should cook it sooner rather then later and then just cut it up and keep some and give some to my son and his roommate. But my question is when should \i cook it? for thanks giving or for Hannamas?
