It's been a nice, uneventful week. We've all had colds, but otherwise it's been good. Eric is on vacation, so we get to have quality couple time while the kids are at school and quality family time when they're home. Today we had a lovely lunch date and then grabbed a couple Christmas gifts for the kidlets while we were out and about. We shop early to avoid the rush, the stress, and the financial drain in December. I found a good idea on Pinterest to help keep the wish lists under control. Abigail filled hers out (even though she doesn't believe in the Big Guy anymore) happily. She's a good kid.

Tonight we had an early dinner (easy leftovers!). Abigail is building things in her room. The guys are watching Brother Bear. The dog is licking the carpet. Exciting Friday night here in our house. ;)
Tomorrow K comes to visit! We should have her most of the day. We don't have any big plans. We'll just wait and see where the day takes us.
Abigail wants to show me her great creation now... :D
