The Things I Should Say in My Story.

So, I'm working on my thyroid. A ton. Sean Croxton's is in the middle of hosting this 10 day thyroid conference, and I've been watching a ton of it, although I started working on things several months ago.

There's a slew of different approaches to thyroid/adrenal healing, and while they're all difficult, the hardest part is how the body is designed as almost a mini-ecosystem: every body part relies on every other body part. So learning about the thyroids & adrenals actually becomes learning about the thyroid, adrenals, pituitary, hypothalamus, liver, gallbladder, stomach, intestines, and, well, that's just for starters.

But I'm watching Dr. Dan Kalish's presentation on the thyroid summit this afternoon, and he's talking about the important role emotions and chakras play in healing. It's striking me quite powerfully. I try to pay attention to my reactions to information and trust my intuition, so I'm guessing this emotion/chakra stuff is really important.

He says a lot of it goes back to the communication chakra (thyroid being housed in the throat and all) and something about that ...spoke to me. (ha ha.) (but it did.)

So this is me, in my private space, contemplating what I need to say to clear up and help my thyroid. Thankfully, I can say it here, whatever it is. I'm not sure what truths are stuck, waiting to be said, and causing problems for me, but I'm glad I can ruminate about it, gather my thoughts, and spill them here.
