ALMOST in Postcards 4

“What did we do yesterday,” I asked G. “Costco?”

“Yes,” he answered, and Costco for my new glasses, CVS, The Bagger for lunch, the jeweler to fix two gold chains, then back to CVS when they filled the prescription.”

I read. It was such a good read that I never got to sewing on the quilt at all.

• Himself: Now has 2 new pair of glasses. The ones from JC PENNYS don’t fit right as they don’t have separate nose pieces.
• Myself: Want to ride along with G, need to quilt.
• Reading: Volume 4 of the Serrano saga: Moon.
• Watching: KPBS: Finding your roots then the 7 dwarfs of Auschwitz.
• Photo: My camera: Margot, George, and grey haired me.
• Weather: 72 F and the sun is peeking out.

• Gratitude’s: Feeling pretty good today. George is killing the ants in the upstairs bathroom, the sun is coming out, and the big crow is almost done.
