Good Day in Vastly Intricate.

I’m writing this down here because I don’t want to forget it. I’m good with some memories, but others tend to fade over time.

My husband and I went to church this morning. We hadn’t been able to go in the past month because of our work schedules not lining up. However, today we were able to be there.

Some really good friends of ours (who we call family - because they are more than just friends to us) came to church to sing today. They did such an awesome job as always. They sang some of their original songs they have written and they were so good.

It had been at least a year since we had seen them in person (COVID shut everything down in 2020) and it was so good to finally catch up with them. We love them dearly and treasure the times we do spend with them.

After church, we went to lunch at the Mexican restaurant with them (and their son - who is growing up way too fast!) and then the Pastor and his wife and kiddos showed up to join us.

It was nice being able to catch up with everyone. I’m definitely thankful for days like today.
