- Sustaining a corneal abrasion. I hope to god that never happens again, or an eye injury in general. Way worse than labor.

- I’d work part time as a physician, write essays, and be an artist photographer (ideally I’d become a total hermit that gets to do whatever her heart desires and any given time though).

- They were both in the Navy and met on a ship.

- It’s a roadsign I thought was amusing; posted to Instagram.

- No; they divorced when I was 7, much to my relief.

- like, at work? I work with clinical trial sites and clinical trial monitors to ensure all required regulatory documents are completed and filed correctly and I work with sites to answer their questions, assist with resolving issues, and making sure everything is running smoothly at the site level and that everything is FDA-compliant.

What is your state’s capital city?
- Topeka

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree? If so, what in?
- Yeah; education, minor in history.

Have you ever been overseas? If so, where?
- Kind of. I lived in Guam as a toddler but it’s a U.S. territory. Otherwise the answer is no. Not yet, anyway.
