I’m happy about this number, considering my period has been a rager and I’ve been eating everything in sight…. But no gluten.
Hoping it will subside soon and I can get back to following GF and carb restrictions a little more closely!
Food
This morning:
Eggs, a little rice, pork verde all scrambled together. A nectarine. Two cups of coffee
Lunch: leftover hamburgers w/ Tom, lettuce, onion
Dinner:
A new chicken pasta recipe using Banza pasta (recommended by Mattie’s BF - his dad is celiac and this is his very favorite pasta - our first time trying it). I found the recipe following a trainer on tik tok.
Possibly a Caesar salad with homemade dressing. Also found a yummo looking recipe for that.
