as wide as we once experienced.

Before the digits,
life seemed to give us so plenty,
that we could spare a minute
simply being carefree.

After that, life starts taking
what we thought would be permanent here.

Before we know it,
we’re left wondering
whether we’ll still be here
to see what tomorrow may bring.
