social life soap opera - 5/13/2004

wow i've got the busiest weekend hey. :)  I can't wait for tomorrow night though!  I'm finally gunna be able to see Bill (TheBlindArcher) and his friends at the movies!  I havent seen him since high school, and we werent really that close back then, but timing's weird.  It'll be fun though!  After the movie I have to go out clubbing with Jack (who is a guy I dated a while back, but we knew we didn't 'dig' each other so we're just good friends now) so that'll be awesome!  That'll probably be an all-nighter, then I gotta walk to McCafferties and take a bus to Toowoomba (so that trip will be my sleep) to get my suit fitted for John's wedding.  His fiance' rang me last night, she's the nicest chick hey - they are so good together!  I'm gunna be best man, so I'm gunna have to help him out with buck's night, but I dunno when a good time is.  I guess I'll find out Saturday.  Then I gotta go back to Brissy to go to a 21st, and then after that i'll go out clubbing again but this time with Kyle, and that'll probably be at "Friday's" and I havent been there before so I hope it'll be fun - me in a straight club makes me feel really weird haha.  Sunday I have a 23rd surprise party to go to and might go to church Sunday night, but I think i'll be too tired.  It's weird how thing's happen.  Like I'll bet next weekend I'll have nothing to do, but I hope Micheal get's a day off so I can go see him.  I rang him before and he sounded so sick, poor guy, I so wish I could be there but he had to go to work, even in that condition.  Ah well I love him.  I was talking to a rep today at work named Helen, and she asked me if I had someone special in my life and I said I was seeing a guy named Micheal, and she goes 'omg are you seeing Micheal?!'  And i'm like 'yeh, chirpy gay guy used to work at Margate?" and she's like 'yeah!  He's such an awesome guy!".  We spent the next 10 minutes talking about how wonderful Micheal is haha.  She was saying he has the most amazing personality and I said "Yeah thats how I fell in love with him" :)  i talked to him before and he said he knows her really well :)

Last Saturday night I did get to spend with Micheal though, when we went out clubbing.  We spent pretty much the whole night cuddling, which was so awesome, I felt so relaxed, and one of his girlfriends said to us "I'm soglad to see both of you so happy".  I'm just glad he was with me and that he was relaxing for once.  He works so hard.  haha i've started talking about Micheal and now I can't stop :)

I met 2 of my internet friends over last weekend.  I met my friend Ryan from Sydney on Saturday.  Ryan is part Asian, and a really nice guy.  He's 23 and a really successful designer businessman.  He'd hired out a car and picked me up from the city in an alfa romeo X4 Convertible - wow it was a nice car.  He pressed a button and the roof came off over out heads and he sped off, it certainly turned heads i can tell you that much!  We just walked along the river to the Eagle Street markets and talked a lot about stuff and his business.  A really nice guy.  He dropped me off and I hugged him and went back to walking around the queen street mall.  i felt so humbled to be getting out of such an incredible car, that i found out would have cost $2000 to repair a single tiny scratch!

On Sunday I met Michael-Anthony- who i'll admit I was nervous about meeting- because over the internet, he seemed kinda scary.  But I finally gave in to me meeting him, and I went tohis 19th bday party at the beat.  Turns out he's not such a scary guy after-all, and I now have someone to go clubbing with and I dont have to go alone anymore.  That depends how much longer I'm here though, I want to move house and go live on Northside - not only to be closer to Micheal, but to check it out.  I've lived in 3 different suburbs of Brissy already in 4 different houses so why not try the northside?  I dunno maybe I'm kidding myself, but I've been a risktaker so why not keep it going? ;)

I met another guy named Michael at the beat about a week ago now too - I introduced Michael to Micheal (note the spelling ;)) and they seemed to get along well.  Michael got drunk though, so when michael left and i kissed him goodbye, I had to go back to the beat to face a drunken Michael...

...to cut a long story short, both of the guys I met (Michael and Michael-Anthony) are both interested in me.  They also both know I'm seeing someone, but it didnt stop them from telling me they thought I was really nice and cute.  I thanked them both for the compliments but they've got to realise I'm seeing Micheal and he's all i care about with my heart.  Michael-Anthony told me he was envious of Micheal and Mark (my ex) because to him it's always 'the cute nice guy is always taken'.  Funny how I used to think that, but I mean what am i suppose to say to that?  i kinda wished he hadn't said that, I felt like I wanted Micheal there to hug me and tell me it was okay.  i wish i could call him my boyfriend...but I can't...it wouldn't be right.  But if he were my boyfriend, these other guys would stop trying to move in on me wouldnt they?

Anyway i gotta get some sleep - gotta get through work tomorrow and it's weekend!  woohoo! :D  I love you all!

I'll see you in three hours or so man. Be good to see you, wish I'd arranged it sooner. we're looking at moving to toowong or milton or somewhere like that in three months.
