The worst routine done pedal to the metal is still better than the best routine done half-assed.

Concurrently, the best routine is the one you actually do.

And. From personal observation across thousands of sessions, emotional and physical present status doesn’t correlate with how good or bad a workout goes.


Just notes for myself as overthinking (executive dysfunction slash paralysis by analysis) sneaks in eventually.
