Aches And Pains in Hello

Worked pretty hard Thursday night. Woke up Friday hurting. Pains still consist now but taking meds for it.
My skin is hot to the touch and my heart is thudding in my chest. Yeah, I’m not feelin’ so great right now. I need more sleep.
