The caption on that house with the tarp from my last entry on the MLS is "Well-kept home!"
Did I mention that a murder happened there a few years ago? Apparently a drug deal gone bad, guy at a party pulled out a knife and shit got real.
I was off work this morning (Tuesday) because my boss decided to "help" me she was going to change my schedule without consulting me. I was resistant to it at first because it pissed me off, but I ended up rearranging my schedule at the bank and now I have Thursday's off entirely from both jobs. That will make it easier to run up to Watertown for the day and visit the family. Or just chill the eff out. So maybe it isn't all bad.
I've had several people ask me about my work schedule. It is a bit crazy, but both jobs have set hours so that makes it easier to plan around. For example I know on any given Friday I will work at the bank 745-2, then at my regular job from 3-11. I use the app "Pocket Lite" on my phone to keep track of it in my calendar. I also make up little calendars like this at the beginning of every month and I can make changes as needed.
I still find time to do things that I need to do. I actually find I'm more productive now than I was before I got the job at the bank. For example today I was out of bed at 7AM, did about a dozen loads of laundry (everything is caught up now. Everything.) Watched a movie, completed an application, listened to a podcast, made homemade breakfast, made lunch, now I'll shower and get ready for work. That's a pretty chill day for me. Tomorrow I have a physical at 930, work from 12-545, then we are looking at a house at 6 (9 acres!), supper, the evening off. I'm not going to lie and say I have tons of free time but I am finding that the busier I get, the more organized I get, and the better I am at time management.
