Viva Espana in blackpropaganda

We are away to Spain for a couple of weeks - and although I am looking forward to getting some decent sunshine I find the whole operation of going away gets to me - I know I should just organise and expect everything to go well - but there is nothing worse than lying in bed going through all the things you should have done.

This was compounded this morning where I was transferring some money to our account in Spain, which is easy - but then could not find the confirmation password for the transfer - and it was refused - and I had to go back to the bank on the phone to get another password - only to find it as soon as I was through - but still had to set another one up. Of course, it was my fault - but I do not need the hassle.

Actually SW... does all the packing - apart from my cabin bag which has all the electrical stuff, and chargers and books etc - and virtually always need to be checked out a security at the airport - must be all the wires.

I hope our wifi in Spain is working OK - we don't seem to have paid anything since the installation - it means I can use the Kindle Fire to keep in touch with the mail and also on here. And I can get the Grauniad crossword on line - so that should keep me going.

So - hasta luego
