I think I figured out the reason for the weird dreams about the little eyes looking at me....it's the lawsuit! While I've made the decision to go through with it (AAA has been served, I found out) and I feel completely comfortable with my decision, I know there are many people, in and out of church, who disagree with what I'm doing. So I think the dreams of the eyes looking at me is me feeling that I'm being judged. It makes perfect sense if you think about it.
I did make it to church last night and it was an awesome service, as usual. I even managed to eat half a sandwich before service and not make anyone pass out or puke by belching or farting during service....go me!
We just got done watching Jaws, and now Jaws 2 is on. I don't care what anyone says, Jaws is absolutely one of the best thrillers ever made, which is incredible since you only see the shark for less than 15 minutes of the entire movie! It's mainly the creepy music that amps up the terror factor. Great flick!
Are any of you horror/thriller movie buffs? I totally am! I love all the original Halloween movies (except Halloween 3 because that one had nothing to do with any of the others, didn't have Michael Myers in it, and just flat out sucked), but I do have to admit that Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween 1 and 2 were pretty kickass too. Granted, they were more bloody (I'm not a huge fan of gore), but they were really good. I also love the original Friday the 13th movies (even though some of them are kinda cheesy and have parts in them that are just downright hilarious). Someone did a remake of Friday the 13th a few years ago and it sucked. Honestly, it was more soft-core porn than anything. Another horror movie that I found that I love is Jeepers Creepers 2. The first one was just okay, but I think the second one was awesome!
Oh yeah baby....the Blackhawks just beat the Wild again!!!! Unfortunately my son is very unhappy about it since he's a Wild fan. I'll have to try to be sensitive to his plight ;-)
Man, I wish I could think of something interesting to say, but I got nothing. Okay, wait, something just came up. Hubby and I are watching TV (while I'm also writing in here, obviously) and a commercial just came on of a good looking guy and girl (think in their 20s) making out. The girl pushes the guy back on the couch while they're still kissing and he reaches into his front pocket and pulls out a condom but drops it on the floor, so the girl reaches into her back pocket and pulls out a condom. Hubby starts cracking up and says, "Okay, if a girl is carrying condoms around in her pockets she might have some issues."
Okay, now I am out of interesting things to say, so I'll say adios for now and wish you all a good evening. Much love! xoxo
