After several months of not hearing anything from her, Francilynn found me online last night. She wanted a favor but wouldn't say what. Whatever.

She found me online again tonight. I finally found out what she wants.

These damn women. Okay, Francilynn was in Storm Lake, Iowa supposedly to go to work. She never did go to work. She had to return to Crackerville East because Kay had to do her community service for her DUI conviction and needed Francilynn to watch the kids while she did that.

So Francilynn comes back. And then after Kay did her community service she goes to Storm Lake and leaves the kids with Francilynn.

Now, apparently they've broken up and Francilynn is to take baby Sky to her. So I guess she talked old man Paul into taking them. And she wants me to go with them to help drive.

I'm not going to it. Her and Paul can manage just fine. Unless he doesn't want her driving because she doesn't have a license. Not my problem.

I just told her I can't leave the van here with a busted out window.

Today-

I was interrupted last night by a couple of sorority girls reeking of alcohol who came into Hardee's and plopped themselves down at my table to talk. I didn't know that they were required to pay $900 a month for room and board. They were both from St. Louis. One of them said she was a published author and had been on the Ellen Show. Very cute gals with cat whiskers grease painted on their faces.

So yeah, we talked until Hardee's closed, which is why I didn't get this posted.

The last few days have been overcast and cool so I've been spending my days over at the student union.

The weather forecast calls for eighty degree days to start on Saturday. That will be nice until the van gets too hot and then I'll have to go somewhere.
