discount store in keeping it postive

The last time I flew to CA, I discovered a "new" discount store. It turns out that there's a "branch" near the courts - right where I have to walk to get back to the subway...

I ducked in for a moment... HA! The first thing I found was jeans - Jordache, remember that brand? - at $6!! Stretchy dark denim, straight (tight) leg (I tried them on at home, they fit FINE!). Uh, oh... I got, in short sequence, a sport bra, some capri length leggings, Indian food pouches, chia seeds, flax meal, gnocci (not to my taste), wafer cookies... probably something else, I am sure. The total was about $40... the bag was HEAVY.

Next time, I'll take a shopping basket... I didn't realize how much good stuff I could find there, so was balancing it all in my arms. At least this will sweeten the pie if I have to continue with jury duty. Although we get something for each day, I cannot shop like this daily, or I'll end up with STUFF and NO money...
