Organ size.... in blackpropaganda

Today I revelled in the joy of a wonderful organ. There is nothing better than to experience someone who knows how to use it, bringing it to life, playing with it, first gently, then with power, using their fingers and their feet to get the effect - and reaching a wonderful climax.

Of course, this was in the city, in the concert hall - and the organist played a whole range of pieces which showed the organ at its best. The man was a master of the keyboard with amazing control and musicality - and so for 50 minutes we revelled in the concert - fortified by an early lunch and a glass of wine - and then when it was over we caught the train home - well satisfied.
