Well I just finished Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and Hollow City by Ransom Riggs. I found the books pretty interesting. I like the journal they are on. I don't like the whiny children specially if their 80 some years old in real life but stuck in 1940 at the age of 16 or so. I read a few reviews that people did not like the books that well. Someone complain about the children like I have but a lot of people say it's boring. I thought it was pretty interesting. I don't like cliffhangers but after finishing Hollow City they leave you hanging...... I wonder when the next book is coming out.
I have finished the Alex Cross series but Cat and Mouse. I want to say that is book 5 or 6 or something like that. It was the only one not available on audio. Waiting for the e-book right now. I'll read that next when I get it.
Still reading the Leo Waterman series. Still on Slow Burn. I will try to ready more once hockey season is over so I can get through more books. Right now it's just me and the tv.
I went through with book 2 of the Jack Morgan Private series by James Patterson. I liked the second books much better then book 1. Book 3 just came out but the library does not have it on audio or e-book but I actually own Private LA so I might read and actual book soon. Going to wait for Cat and Mouse. Anyway I will probably just listen to more James Patterson books. Other then that I am not sure what I want to listen to next.
I have found this website/app goodreads.com It's a pretty cool site/app that connects to facebook to have other people connect to what you are reading, what you have read, what you thought are rated that book and so on. I now know what people are reading. I have 7 friends through facebook using it but I see only 2 of them actual read books. Rest might have read a book or 2. Pretty cool to know what people are reading. Also tells me if I like this book I should like these other books.
