Gloomy Sunday in At the foot of the hill

Every friend I've read this morning says it's raining. Really??!! All over the whole country? It hasn't started raining here yet, but the wind is blowing like crazy and it is so dark and gloomy I feel like going back to bed and covering up my head.

Now yesterday was perfect. I think it got up to about 75 with just a slight breeze. There were some clouds in the afternoon, but they were just passing by. I even went for a walk along the lake and sat out on the deck for about an hour.

It was after that that my IBS decided to kick in and along with it a bout of depression. I am getting so tired of hurting!! I know, I know. There are so many people so much worse off than me...but thinking of that just adds guilt to my misery.

I hope today I can overcome the attitude....
