Single family, 2 story, 3 if you count the basement

All wood… and it needs to be painted

Since July of 2015

Do you have an HOA?

Hell no

Describe your neighborhood.

I live middle of nowhere. It’s off a main road, but my street has maybe 6 houses on it and the road is only really big enough for one car to travel at a time. Luckily I’m the first house on the street.

Do you have sidewalks?

Definitely not.

How many rooms does it have?

Ummm… 14 if you count the basement, the attic storage type room, and the laundry room I think.

What’s the square footage?

~3200

What kind of garage do you have?

No garage, just a basement and a carport.

Do you park your cars in it, or do you use it for storage?

The garage is basically storage and has a tool bench and other shelving and a chest freezer.

How many bedrooms does it have?

Technically it could be 5.

How many bathrooms does it have?

3 full baths

Do you have a walk-in closet?

Not exactly, but 2 of the bedrooms upstairs have closets the length of the walls that each have 2 doors that go into them. So I have hella closet space. And my bedroom closet I can step into but I wouldn’t exactly call it a walk in.

Do you have a Master Suite (with attached bathroom)?

Yep.

Does your bathroom have a dual vanity?

No, but all of them probably have 60” vanities. Just one sink in each though.

Does your guest bathroom (if applicable) have a dual vanity?

See above.

Do you have a bathtub?

My master bath has a jacuzzi tub. The upstairs has a regular bath/shower combo and the other main floor bath has a walk in shower.

What are the other bedrooms being used for (kids room, guest room, office, etc.)?

The main floor extra room is an office. Lots of bookshelves, a small computer desk, and a drawing table for the bf. One upstairs bedroom is a guest room. One is just kinda a catch all. And the 3rd is the cat’s room.

What kind of floors do you have in the bedrooms/bathrooms?

The downstairs has luxury vinyl plank flooring. The upstairs has some other type of plank flooring. All the bathrooms are tile.

Living/Kitchen
Do you have an open concept floor plan, or something more closed off?

Definitely open floor plan.

Do you have a fireplace?

Yes and I just put up a mantel last week.

Do you have a dining room (and do you use it as a dining room)?

I guess you’d call it a dining room but it’s really just a big room that I have a few tables in for the cat’s food/litter box and a spare couch.

Do you have a sunroom or any other unique room?

I have a screened in room on my deck that I intend to put a hot tub in at some point.

Do you have a window over the kitchen sink?

No.... I imagine it was probably a window at some point but it’s just an open space where you can look into the dining room now.

What kind of appliances do you have in the kitchen?

The typical ones… I just got a new fridge so it’s all stainless steel now. There’s a trash compactor that I don’t use. There’s technically 2 sinks. Then I have an espresso machine, keurig, crockpot, air fryer, bread maker, kitchenaid mixer, food processor, nuwave thing, and an electric pressure cooker. Oh and a microwave.

What kind of floors do you have in the living/kitchen areas?

Luxury vinyl planks/tile.

What kind of countertops do you have?

Granite.

Do you have an island?

No, but the counter sticks out so I have stools at the counter.

Do you have a pantry?

Yes, but I wish it were a little bigger.

Do you have enough storage in your kitchen?

It should be enough but I have a ton of kitchen stuff.

Outside
Do you have a lamppost in your front yard?

Yes, but it doesn’t really work anymore.

Do you have a deck or patio?

Yes, I have a large deck across the front of the house that connects to my screened in room and a small porch on each side of the house.

What do you have in your backyard (garden, shed, pool, etc.)?

I live on a hill and there’s about 3 acres behind me and my goat barn.

Can you see other houses from your backyard?

Not really, I can sort of see my neighbors house during the winter but not really.

Other
Do you have a basement? If so, is it finished?

Yes, but it isn’t finished.

If you were house shopping again, what’s one thing you’d put on your wish-list that you don’t currently have?

Ummm… flat land… I have a lot of stairs. And more parking space… trying to park 5 vehicles is kinda a bitch.
