Have you ever used a dating site/app?
I try it for about a week and then I get rid of it. Look, I am terrible at written communication. There’s no depth and no context so I’m incredibly not interested, and as I’ve gotten older, I’m not interested in face-to-face communication, so I have no patience for endless textual chatter. We matched. Do you want to meet or not? I have better things to waste my time on than wait for these three little bubbles to materialize into a message that I hope will alleviate my loneliness and stress.... which it doesn’t.

2.) If you could live anywhere other than where you live now where would it be?
I would choose almost anywhere except for maybe New Mexico.

Not really. Now Beverly Sutphin is going to run me over with her car while listening to Barry Manilow....

4.) What is the weather like right now, as you write this?
It’s California cold, which means freezing for us but people in Vermont would laugh in my face if I bitched about 54 degrees at 4am.

5.) What was the last video you watched on YouTube?
I watched Craig Ferguson’s video from 2007 where he refused to make fun of Britney Spears. Very powerful, and what a great dignified man. Such a shame we’re stuck with James Corden now.

9.) What was the last movie you saw in the theatre?
That Kristen Stewart underwater monster movie that was a cross between The Poseidon Adventure and Alien. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great.

HIS. Find it, watch it. SOOOOO good.

11.) Do you daydream?
Hardly.

12.) Where was the last place you went?
I went to the pharmacy to get my PrEP and gallons of Dayquil.

Canada, Mexico, France and Belgium.

Absolutely.

16.) What is something you are relieved about right now?
I am finally on the road to feeling better and kicking this sickness’ ass.

17.) What do you think of the Kardashians?
Honestly, I don’t really think about them too much. I think paying them mind and thought, forming an opinion about them, is part of the destructive cycle we have built into our culture. We don’t have royals in America, so we create American Avatars of royals that we build up and slowly destroy. I find them ridiculous, self-centered, and immediately suspect any “kindness” they display to be some kind of marketing ploy to buy back into their brand. ( will admit, I’ve never seen a single episode of the show, so I don’t know anything about them except what has trickled into the pop culture).

18.) So far today how much have you gotten done off your to-do list?
I finished work, but again, it’s 4am.

19.) Have you been in the hospital in the last 24 months?
I have visited a hospital but I can’t remember the last time I was in one.

20.) Spring, summer, fall or winter?
Autumn. But I have a feeling my interpretations of seasons will soon be changing, so that might end up getting tossed out soon.
