So I finally used the butt-ton of sausage that I had in the freezer. Found a recipe with onions and peppers. Pretty simple, really. I uh, misread it. I thought a "clove" meant "a whole garlic". One way or another, that fuck-ton of garlic didn't overpower it at all. Followed the rest to the letter, more or less. Okay, I added some habanero peppers and a dash of basil.
Holy hell, I can't believe I made something so tasty. Elissa kept saying over and over again how delicious it was in between fanning her mouth from heat (temperature and spice). I minced the peppers rather than making long strips, as I have a tendency to uh not eat the peppers anyway. The base pretty much made a really awesome stew. Once I eat all the sausage, I am DEFINITELY keeping that base. I figure I can use it for more sausage, or maybe meatballs.
I'm a week into trying SAM-e, and crossing my fingers that it'll help my moods level out. At least for today I feel okay. Got to the gym, made tasty food, and got cuddles. I <3 cuddles. Honestly, my biggest thing is still demotivation. Sometimes I just don't want to do anything, even if I feel "okay".
Should put the sausage in the fridge. One episode of Clone Wars and I'll head to bed.

I did that the first time I made something with garlic. It called for something like 4 CLOVES of garlic. So... of course that meant for HEADS (I think that is what they are called? lol [bulbs? I don't know]) um, yeah. That was some garlicy chicken.

YES. I was all ready to put four garlic heads in, when it called for four cloves. I didn't think much of it, because I love garlic. I was halfway through the second head of garlic when Elissa caught me and uh explained the difference.

Yum that sounds good! If I have a good stew base often I will mop it up with bread or make pasta

Very nice hun

Hahaha never mind! I always put about four times more garlic in than what recipes say anyway, because garlic is awesome.

Well at least the vampires will steer clear of your place. Garlic is an excellent immune booster.
