My Exercise Workout in Healthy Bites

Rupert kindly made me an exercise workout this weekend.
I talked about how I was going to go on the Internet and find an exercise routine that would work for me. Anyway, he suggested he design an exercise workout for me. I told him to email me the routine for I like using my devices and such to save such written items.
I appreciate Rupert doing this for me. I did the workout this morning; the work difficulty is moderate. It is not easy, but it is not impossible...and it takes me about twenty minutes to do.
It's a lift weight workout that I will do twice a week (and I will try to do it three times a week) and do running or walking on the other two days. If I can't run or walk, I will do the weight workout three times a week.I think I can handle that.
Here it is below, and my notes on how it went this morning:
Pick four exercises.
One upper body press.
One upper body pull (rows)
One lower body press (squats, lunges)
One lower body pull (swings, cleans)
You will do five sets of each exercise for five reps.
Start out with your upper body exercises first and alternate them. Do a set of presses, short rest, do a set of rows, short rest, and then go back to presses and so on.
Then do the same with your lower body exercises.
When you can do 5 x 5 easily on an exercise, increase the weight the next workout. The workout should be difficult, but not impossible to finish. If you can't finish the workout, then stay with the same weight until you can.
*I did this around 5:00 or 5:05 AM and completed it during 5:22 a.m. Pretty difficult workout. This is very manageable. I can do this two days a week, but I will try three like Rupert suggested.
