nothing important.... not even noteworthy really in Second 1st

He woke up around 3.... 2 hours before I predicted. We watched the last of White Rabbit Project and ate dinner. It’s been a rather educational show.... fun and interesting. There were left overs. I honestly think enough for a soup pretty happy about that being as Rocky had bought a “beef roast kit” which we had to have a cost efficient talk about. it was still nice to not have any prep work at all.... just dump it in. I was in bed by 7 but couldn’t get to sleep till almost 10 because Rocky had heated the room up bleh. It had been in the 50s yesterday so it took forever to cool down.

We are going to attempt to go to Give me a $5 today. I’ve looked over their new line policy and am pretty satisfied that we will be able to remain safe. They are letting only x amount of people in at a time and you get color coded cards for a block of time. The line doesn’t actually exist because once you are assigned a color they want you to wait in your car till your time comes up. After each round of folks the bins are sanitized. .... though I don’t know how long they’ve been doing that… or when they started slacking but I’m sure they don’t … I will bring my own though so it’s not a problem. The problem is I currently have no new inventory to list.

Our pallet guy.... I told Rocky a while back that he was going through the pallet and taking valuable stuff out to list and giving us crap. He didn’t believe me but had no reason not to being as I’m the one looking at his selling pages and comparing them to what he wholesales to us. Funny how the pallets went from big cardboard things to smaller wire ones and “lots” or large cardboard ones that are marked as “softs” (being blankets and cloths).... but he’s got a bunch of things that I could sell on an items selling page.... for the same price I would sell it for making it silly to buy then sell for no profit. I sat him down yesterday and showed him what I see. He said “that’s why I like to get stuff right off the truck when he gets it”.... right cause you knew the whole time.... stfu.... I’m trying to find a new source .... found a pallet on BULQ.com for $67 that had 8 monitors on it. Rocky wants a second one and I’m sure I could get 25-30 out of the others BUT shipping was going to cost 206! kicker is that the place it’s shipping from would cost me less than $10 in gas to go get with the van.... SO..... I messaged them.... haven’t heard anything back :(

Our last Mystery box was crap. There were like 4 sellable items and the rest is seriously yard sale stuff....

Needing inventory is why I want to go today.... I’ve had a weeks “rest” and we go back to work on Monday. I know next Saturday I’m not going to feel like it.... so I feel like this is the last weekend possible for awhile. Though honestly I just need to figure out how to not get so drained and how to get things done and not be home.

Haven’t gotten the latest stimulus money.... but not counting on it either. It would be nice… just a little extra for the emergency fund. Something to make me feel okay about the days off when I have a bad migraine. Honestly, that’s what I need most. As long as I work my 40 we will have what we need but when I don’t.... that money is coming out of the emergency fund till Rocky gets back to work. .... and who knows when that will be.

Started playing D&D online yesterday. It’s a MMORPG like World of Warcraft. Only noting it cause that’s what I did with most of my spare time yesterday (while Rocky was sleeping). I’m actually going to go put in an hour before he gets up and we have to head out. Wish me luck with the bargain hunt!
