This is one of the author's early books. A thriller, it deals with technology - private banking and computer worms. The story reminded me in part of the Superman movie where a character found a way to program the computers to send him all the fractions of pennies that were in people's accounts.
The Secret Service investigates counterfeit money - and this deals with counterfeit bank accounts.
It moves fast and is interesting
